We offer both on-site service and workshop repairs.

Workshop repairs are the most economical - simply drop off the computer at our office. We will then inspect the system, advise on the repair cost and call you when the job is complete. If you would like your system returned in the quickest possible time please call or email us to book your repair.

If you are bringing in a computer system and would like assistance moving it, please ask a member of staff. We will be more than happy to carry your computer from your car into the office, and return it when it has been repaired.

If you are unable to transport your PC to our office to be repaired, we can arrange to have it collected, returned and set-up if required, for a small additional charge (local areas only).

When bringing in a system for repair, please note the following:

• Unless asked otherwise, please bring in only the main system unit. We will not need your monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer or any cables.
• Sorry, but we currently do not repair Apple Macintosh computers
